Childhood Memories #1

Time might be a relentless continuum, ticking away seconds, minutes and hours as we go about our daily business, but interspersed in that randomly allotted amount of time we all have on earth are moments, specific experiences we can recall, even decades after the event, that bring a smile to our face, a tear to the eye, or maybe fear to our hearts. Such moments are tucked away in our memory banks, to be relived sometimes when least expected, or at will when sharing part of who we are with another. Despite the passing of the years, memories from long ago still come back to us crystal clear, marking moments that somehow defined us, became part of the fabric of who we are.
